The diancie event is no longer live. Went to pick it up today as it says it should be live till the 28th. Both gamestops I visited told me they ended the event with the release of ORAS. This is in the usa.

Check if the Regis you are using all have the same trainer ID or come from the same region. One last thing, since you checked and blaziken doesn't learn ice punch via move tutor could it only learn via the move remember person?
