Only 43. I'm currently at the 7th gym and it's getting harder to fight with him, guess I should just evolve him huh?

I'm just not sure what to learn it. The only two good moves mine knows are Thunderbolt and Surf and I'm still in doubt if I should just evolve him and try to fill his moveset with TM's, or keep leveling him up for any good moves he might learn.

Has your Helioptile learned any new moves yet?

Since the starters are based off traditional RPG classes, Chespin's line is supposed to be a knight/brawler class which is where the fighting type comes in at.

Ikr. I was expecting Quilladin to break out of its "cocoon" but I wasn't expecting Chesnaught.

I don't know man. He's got a lot of potential though. Speaking of Froakie, I HATED Greninja's design at first. Honestly, I hated all of them at first but after looking at fanart, they are really growing on me now. I don't know if I'm going to follow through on my original plan of getting Chespin or switch over to Froakie.

Seeing Delphox's fanart makes it tempting as well. Decisions, decisions.

It sucks but perhaps the writers learned from their mistakes and judging by the extremely positive reviews from the B2W2 trailer, they stepped their game up and is going to model Ash's Kalos experience similar to that.

Those moves are meant for the starter's base forms XD
