Noticed you were looking for shiny cubone. step one get a cubone from another country via GTS. Step 2 breed with a cubone from your game. step 3 Hatch unknown number of eggs to get a shiny. I have done this with some other pokemon but I wasn't trying to get a shiny and I most likely wasn't using a pokemon from another country so I didn't get one.
