See, doing that is often better than bringing it up to other mods, some of whom pretty much do nothing more than make excuses about not having the time to do anything or this being a big message board. All it does is make those particular mods sound extremely unprofessional. And honestly, wouldn't you rather deal with someone that doesn't do that?

If you got nowhere regarding the chat thing, try PMing Joe about it. Just make sure it's a legitimate case. He'll usually take care of it.
