I found out what I did wrong.

Turns out that on the equation for determing HP element, I missed the final step; multiply by 15 and divide by 63.

Actually you gave me a modest and timid nature eevees so I don't want to turn those into Leafeon since they both hinder Attack.

I think you must have been gotten confused and gave me the Eevee that was suppose to turn into vaporeon since Timid would be the best one..

Oh, right.

The Eevee that hatched in Eterna Forest is the Leafeon.
