well getting perfect IV's is pretty hard even with RNG. And seeing as there isn't any info for hg/ss then it makes it harder to get them all flawless. . So i'm in wifi, if you want to try real quick. And i'm gonna SR the dratini till the competetive stats are high enough and if you want it it'll be ready, if not then that's the best I can do.
