20k :O? I never hunted for Slowpoke for that long however I did hunt in slowpoke cave for my badge quest hoping for a Slowpoke but got Zubat, anyways good luck on your hunt hopefully it shines soon!

for me its hmm id say riolu and lickitung most of my fav shinies are yellow but id say they all look pretty good in shiny form
