You should really have to train it beyond level 50, since Arcanine doesn't learn any moves after level 50, and the Normal rules set everything to level 50.

It looks pretty good, although I'd consider Intimidate over Flash Fire on Arcanine, as it gives Arcanine a little extra physical bulk when switching in.
