THRASHHHHHH!! can you help?

right, i recorded something from TV using a dvd recorder player with a DVD+R, the disc works on the player but now i wanna decrypt the DVD+R to my PC except my PC wont even read the ****ing disc, it keeps saying theres no disc inserted!?!?!?!?!?!?!

both of my drives are: DVD ROM & DVD RW
