U can get the battle titems in Diamond and such correct?

Cause I ev'd a beast cyndaquil and it is now a typhlosion with 252 sp attack 152 speed and 100 attack evs. I think the moveset is decent with tpunch eq eruption/flamethrower and focus blast.
