Keep Stone Edge & Counter.
Trade back at Lvl 25, and i'll give it back.
If it gets that far, learn it hammer arm & Earthquake( if you have the TM).

Scizor:
Keep X-Scissor.
Learn Night Slash & Iron Head (If gets that far).
Teach it Giga Impact (if you have the TM).

it does have PKRS, the little smiley pink face indicates it has PKRS, it just cant 'infect' anymore pokes
