Well, we currently have Arceusgamer14 to thank for the debate. I am sure that just when the thread is ending or the dust is settling, Arceusgamer14 will start a new one to stir everyone up again. Read the 1st page of the current thread.

Agreeing with this statement for the most part. However, I don't feel like there is any reason where cheating is excusable. If you aren't satisfied, leave the person you're with before going for someone else.

^On reflection I agree, so I'm rewording that part of my post - I mention this here because I've nothing new to add to the discussion

If it makes you feel any better I have stereotyped and put down both sides of that debate. I feel the debate itself is foolish to begin with because every individual should be entitled to his or her own opinion on whatever generation and pokemon he or she prefers over another. Gen 1 fans used to make threads like this repeatedly and since then have stopped. Now we have Arceusgamer14 who continually makes a thread like this every couple of months or so. He continuously brings the debate up over and over just to remind everyone that there are people who have committed the sin or enjoying Gen 1. After seeing many of the ridiculous arguments from both sides I can't help but satirize the responses.
