Park ball isn't a ball Pokémon are caught in, they are temporarily caught in them when you transfer pokemon from Gen3 to gen4 and they are immediately put back in the same ball they were originally caught in, the park ball is just basically a temporary storage til you catch all 6 transferred Pokémon
