Yeah, if it's 20-22 you're safe. If it was 19, I'd probably reset as scizor is ridiculously common nowadays.

Not any noteworthy ones. I know that any defensive IV under 20 always results in it being ohko'd by 0Atk adamant scizor's u-turn, and under 30 it runs the risk of being ohko'd by ANY non-stab pursuit off a base 120 attack stat, but other than that losing those IVs isn't too much of a biggie. Unless you really fear scarf metagross' trap-antics, it'd be best to keep .

For your generational team, you could try Air Balloon Heatran as your Gen V mon. It's immune to the fire type attacks your Sceptile and Scizor hate, as well as tanking dragon and fairy hits. It also sets up stealth rocks, which your team is lacking. I'd recommend a moveset of Stealth Rocks / Fire Blast / Flash Cannon / Earth Power, with EVs of 12 HP / 252 SpA / 244 Spe running either a Timid or Modest nature. I know you were trying to avoid legends, but I feel that Heatran would greatly benefit your team.
