Hmmm. I'd say digital media is probably your best bet, but if it gets too overloaded with things that more rightly belong in other sections then it'll get kind of questionable.

I guess I would need to know what those "various items" are. If you're mostly going to be posting videos, then Digital Media is the place for that. If you're going to be posting sprites then Fan Sprites is the place. If you're going to be posting concept art then the main fanart section is best for that.

If you mean a role-playing game, that would be in the Role-Playing Games forum. If you mean a ROM hack or something like that, I suspect it would be closed if you posted it anywhere because Serebii is pretty strict on any discussion or endorsement of ROMs. But presumably it would go in Digital Media under Fan Art. Ask the mods there if you want to be sure.

Well crap, never mind about checking the thread. It's closed. Eh, I've been meaning to start a new thread anyway. The old one was so cluttered it was ridiculous. Keep an eye out, and f you have anyone in mind to come on as a spriter, let me know. Thanks for checking up on me after this long, btw.

Sadly, no, I haven't found anyone that is interested in spriting for the hack. I may just have to bite the bullet and sprite myself. The hack hasn't been abandoned or anything, I just haven't had as much free time as I would like. But you might watch the thread. I might have a small update in the near future.
