    In the episode that Ash is turned into a Pikachu (In Johto), during the scene where Pikachu-Ash goes to play with the other pokemon:
    -The Murkrow comes out of nowhere (literally, the developers forgot to make him fly into the picture and just made him appear halfway into the scene)
    -Togepi is playing with Pikachu-Ash, and can be heard in the background noise when the screen focuses on the Sorceress, Misty, and Brock, BUT MISTY STILL HAS IT WITH HER.
    -Brock says *** instead of Ash in the 4Kids dub.
