    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    Well, our neighbor (who swear words can't describe how much of a jerk he is) tried a second time (first time was a year ago exact) to get a variance to build a "storage building" to put all his equipment in on his property. He kept saying how it won't affect any off the people around his property, and honest to God above, he was lying through his teeth 100%. Full details coming in PM.
