    so what? you want me to explain it? in doubles, any moves can do fair amount of damage. of course weaker moves like tackle don't do much even though the pokemon has technician ability with life orb.

    Doubles is easier to turn the tides in battle. singles are much more straight forward. if the lead pokemon don't do a good job, the pace is off and losing is inevitable.

    For a Metal Coat I can offer both a Shiny and Dusk Stone and I even have quite a few TM's I don't mind getting rid of. This is all on my Pokemon Diamond so if its possible could we trade these to you and then the Metal Coat to my Pokemon SS?

    My Garchomp has the moves; Dragon Rush, Dragon Claw, Crunch and Dig. Lucario has; Close Combat, Dragon Pulse, Aura Sphere and Flash Cannon.

    By the way, it is possible to trade a metal coat on a pokemon to my SS right? As my file on my SS isn't past the elite four yet.

    I'd prefer if it were low level as i'm really getting it to play in my Pokemon SS team and I don't mind what nature it is really. A metal coat i'm also fine with trading if you have one of them.

    I have a lvl 71 Garchomp I could trade or a Lucario lvl 68...? I've only recently started playing Pokemon again after a long hiatus. I can check what items I could trade if you could trade a metal coat if you prefer.

    When we first started trading I could not get you any shinies you like I only learnt how to RNG very recently (2 days ago). Otherwise I would have made you what you wanted. You are forgetting that it was you who asked me for the ponyta.

    Sometimes I become hard on myself because as a child, my father would get angry; it made me very uncomfortable. So I have made it a part of my character to not anger or frustrate people (although it still happens sometimes).
