That's true. I think I'd fit more in the first category, but I do work for my grades. I just never bothered to study for any test, even if it something important. That may just be my laziness, but the fact that I did so well must show some intelligence as well.

Oops, I totally missed your response earlier. But yeah, I think I know what you're talking about with those teams.

Neither did I. It just kinda happened. Though I'm glad it didn't turn into a nasty rivalry. Most people who are at the top are reasonably smart, but there are some questionable people as well. Though the idea is not that being at the top makes you smarter, but that being smart helps you be closer to the top.

I've actually read a lot of conflicting accounts about that. Each main Pokémon site (Serebii, Bulbapedia, etc.) says something slightly different, while the official strategy guide basically reports that you can gain visitors by utilizing any of the communication features (they give quite the list of them). I know for a fact that you can see both GTS trading partners and Union Room/ C-Gear trading partners in Join Avenue, so I'm not sure why Wi-Fi trading doesn't work the same way.

I do as well. And you must use the game's communications features much more than me; I've only had a bit over 400 visitors, most of them generated in-game. As you know, I don't go to the Dream World too much, nor do I battle, so the only people I get in are trading partners. Strangely enough, despite all our item trades, you've never appeared in my Join Avenue.
