• Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.

However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

  • No worries, but for future reference, be sure to finish your reviews before posting them. Around here, we kinda frown on posting and then editing in comments later unless you've done something like missed a thing or you're correcting something you've said or something minor like that. Major edits, meanwhile, tend to cause trouble for a number of reasons, most of which involve the fact that the author might not know you're intending on coming back, and if they do, then an unfinished review tends to say to them that they need to work on holding their audience's attention (because their audience isn't sticking around to finish their thoughts and all).

It's totally all right, though, especially since you're still readjusting to forum culture, and things might've changed since you hung out around one. b)'')b Thanks for understanding! Feel free to ask if you've got any questions!
Concerning your comments to My Way, you don't have to worry. Two writers who come up with similar ideas around the same time is not plagiarism but rather coincidence. You only really plagiarize if you knowingly and intentionally copy someone else's creation.

However, also keep in mind that it's considered bad form to talk mostly about your work in a review, so please focus on what the author's doing next time around. You can VM or PM them if you want to compare your work to theirs.

    Thanks!
