I want to think some series are safe but in clown world u can’t take anything for granted. Yeah I know zelda has prominent female characters besides zelda; I saw a video on how Nintendo gets female representation right, and in short, it’s cause they don’t think about it.

Also I recall being more left leaning when I was young. My dad was also what is called a “blue dog” Democrat. A type of voter that’s largely disappeared. I dunno if my views actually changed or if the left has gone so far to the left that blue dogs now means right wing but where things stand I can’t back the left in it’s current form.

Your not thinking beyond the here and now. The right won in 2016 (legit and not cause of Russia or Ukraine or whatever the conspiracy of the Day is) but I’m 25-30 more years most of the boomers (who lean right) and early gen x’ers will be dead and millenias (who lean left) will be the majority voting bloc.
