    IN THE BEGINNING...

    First there was an egg. The egg hatched and a pokemon was born. It's name was Arceus. But another egg was also born, in it was another Arceus. But this Arceus was twisted and evil. As the two started becoming stronger and smarter, there became strife. Omega Arceus wanted to make everything dark and evil, while Our Arceus, A.K.A Alpha Arceus wanted to make a world of Light. The two battled it out and using superior cunning, Alpha Arceus transported Omega Arceus to the center of a star on the other side of the universe, trapped and immobile.

    TODAY...

    The various leaders of the teams from the past meet up in on top of Spear Pillar. They were called by a woman called Violetta (Giovanni's little sister) whose only goal is total world domination. She had developed a kind of orb that can be used to take control of any pokemon. She had used one on Lucario, and using his aura powers, learned about the battle between Alpha and Omega Arceus. She gathered all of the team leaders and told them that she would give them Dark Orbs if they signed a binding contract to help her. They would have betrayed her if the contracts didn't implant miniture Dark Orbs in their fingers.
