    Reply to what LSA said, if i were you make sure you DO NOT but 255 evs in a stat, as 4 EV's equals one stat just give it 252 ev's and then you have 3 left over :p.

    You know that you dedicate 255EVs to each stat? Well if you can, before you do anything, I suggest that you get enough money to purchase 10 of each of the items to boost the target stat. If you have little money, just get enough for one Pokemon for the time being. That way, it gives you 100 starting EVs for the two stats.
    I also recommend stick to just two stats, okay?

    HP: Makuhita (1), Slowpoke (1), Phanpy (1), Grimer (1), Ditto (1), Wobbuffet (2), Whismur (1), Loudred (2), Wailmer (1), Wooper (1), Marill (2).
    Defense: Geodude (1), Graveler (2), Exeggcute (1), Slowbro (2), Koffing (1), Pelipper (2).
    Special Defense: Tentacool (1), Tentacruel (2).
    Attack: Poochyena (1), Mightyena (2), Absol (2?), Bellsprout (1), Weepinbell (2), Paras (1).
    Speed: Pidgey (1), Pidgeotto (2), Rattata (1), Raticate (2), Taillow (1), Swellow (2), Wingull (1).

    Milotic's just a cute little tank to recieve Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire (I think) and Fire Blast. That thing kept on spamming up those on my Pokemon so I figured I'll have to get a water pokemon to help me.

    At least I caught it within less than 10 Ultra Balls 8D
