I do not speak for (s.i.e). I cannot say that I honestly agree with his approach to the situation, but I do understand his frustration. He, more than anyone, has a sentimental attachment to the thread, and was understandably upset that his endeavors to preserve it were so long ignored by the forum staff. However, this isn't an attempt to justify his actions or his attempts, but merely a means of explaining his frustrations.
I have presented by stance as reasonably and persuasively as I possibly can. At this point, there is nothing more I can do. I am upset that despite my reason and levelheadedness, I am still regarded as "annoying", and I lament that I cannot come across to you as a responsible and competent member. If you truly think of my approach as "annoying", then I am sorry. I had wrongly assumed my plight would be regarded with more sympathy, and that my endeavors would be met with more patience and consideration.
You have made yourself clear, and I will persist no further. Thank you for your time.
