That's actually why I came back to this thread so soon...the same thing is happening to me. At least I now know that my internet is not the issue. Still though, I'm wondering what's going on. I remember that they announced a maintenance day, but that wasn't scheduled until March 5.
I've been very blessed lately in the DW...found a female regenerator Tangela, as well as a couple of sheer force Nidorans. I just wish there were more ways to gain points so I could start finding more pokemon : /
I have a box full of adamant Riolus with crunch and bullet punch...looking for just about anything UT with egg moves and a good nature. I can fufill requests for either gender and/or get it evolved for your convenience. Just send me a message with what you have to offer :)
Looking for a UT, bold nature Chansey with seismic toss...I have plenty to offer, including these UT pokemon:
-jolly event Celebi w/ nasty plot
-impish Skarmory w/ drill peck, stealth rock, roost
-female adamant Dratini (for breeders)
-brave Munchlax w/...
Everybody has their own preferences I suppose, but I'm more of a fan of treyarch weapons. I find that there is a greater variety of gun choice (not to mention that the assault rifles have recoil).
I've said it before- if IW would give the post release support that black ops received, then mw3...
Finally I'll be able to play the WaW zombie maps with a party, so I'm glad they finally released them outside of the hardened/prestige editions. While I may miss the addition of MP maps, I haven't been impressed by the ones so far. A zombie map pack is the one thing treyarch can never mess up
I'm not referring to the damage glitch, just the way the regular scoped snipers act. My main point is that I don't want to see the use of snipers disappear entirely. I can't tell you the last time I saw a player with a sniper who wasn't doing 360's.
What do you think they should do about weapon balance in mw3? It seems as though there is a split between the way snipers and shotguns play especially. To me, I wouldn't mind mw2-esque shotties if they were a primary weapon. As for snipers, I can't speak knowledgably since I rarely use them...
Gave up on prestiging a while ago to avoid the tedious task of getting pro perks. I especially dread the tac mask pro challenges. I'll end up hitting the guy with my tac grenade, only to get an assist as my teammate robs the free kill
As of today, the Famas is my 10th most used weapon. Huzzah!
Also, I'm still on the fence about getting the fourth map pack that you guys are talking about. Personally, the multiplayer maps have been disappointing so far. I don't get why they feel the need to make excessively large maps in all...
I wonder how many people are actually aware that the Famas is nerfed. I can imagine Little Johnny with his 10,000 Famas kills wondering why he cant go positive anymore. Youtube and forum users are only a small fraction of CoD players after all.
p.s. Can we keep our sanity in here? I don't...
I've been using the AUG for a long time now. It's nice to know that I'll be finding more ammo for it on the ground once the Famas gets nerfed. Steady Aim makes it an amazing weapon for all ranges if you feel like giving it a try.
I'd just go for all the unlockables. At this point in the game's lifespan, there isn't anything new to prestiging and it just puts you at a disadvantage. I haven't prestiged in months and Flak Jacket Pro has saved me countless times.
I'm afraid of the addition of side games and random things being added. Zombies, dead ops arcade, rc-xd racing... we may end up with the equivalent of an M rated mario game pretty soon. The more they invest into these things, the less time they spend on the campaign, multiplayer, bug testing...
Here's my thoughts on what you've been discussing:
You want a non-pistol secondary? Pick one up from someone you kill. Also, Overkill has more of a place in CoD now that stopping power isn't competing for perk 2, so that may also work well.
As for Juggernaut, stopping power is...
To me, the names of the weapons mean nothing. All that counts is how well they are balanced in the game. The aa12 may not be the powerhouse it was in MW2, and for all we know the skorpion could be the next top weapon.
If the feel of Modern Warfare could get Black Ops' patches and support...
Destructible maps means more disc space. Don't get me wrong-it'd be AWESOME to see in CoD, but I don't want to give up 60fps and more unlockables for it.
Also, this is my video of the new map, Convoy. I'd be happy to post more links if you like this one...
