Yeah, Gym/E4 don't have 4th gen, while Challengers do. And please don't follow Platinum Dex as 4th gen. Use the DP Pokedex instead.

Thanks for signing up. Challengers use all Kanto-Hoenn Poke excluding Ubers. As a Challenger your team can be comprised of any pokemon of any type. If you want a full water team then go ahead. Alrighty.
