Just an observation I made, not sure if it's been brought up yet but.... The New pokemon's eyes are Red Mewtwo's eyes, in the games, anime, etc, have always been purple. Every pokemon to have an alternate form to date (Shaymin, Giratina, the Kami trio, etc) all have retained their original eye...

Zoroark is going to be the playable character without a doubt r.r I can see Zekrom and Reshiram being part of a stage, the beast trio being a pokeball summon similar to latios and latias, and maybe Smuglord being a summon that wraps around an enermy, slowing them down like Metroid did.
