It's honestly so cool to see Ash's OG design updated in modern artwork. Looking forward to the movie, but for some reason I've got this feeling that there is some connection to the next games that will come out.

Gen 7 started out as odd and it keeps going... I guess I'm interested in how they take this movie forward. I wonder if those Switch rumors for a Pokemon Stars title will see a promotion in this movie.. because otherwise I don't know why we got Marshadow so soon.

That's pretty much my thoughts. 19 episodes in and we're still sort of at the same place with this plot.

This was a pretty entertaining episode. I love the personalities the starters have, and it gets more and more exciting as we get closer to a Litten capture. The music was on point too.

I'm gonna say that he won since they state Z-moves. Also, there's a lot of new titles after this which don't indicate a rematch.

Good episode all in all, just hoped for the battle to be a bit longer. Rowlet was decent here and I think it has a lot of potential, its no Oshawatt thats for sure.

Good episode, I think it did a good job showing us what kind of pokemon Litten is. Going with this pre-capture development a la Chimchar is welcomed by me, and I agree with the others in the thread that this foreshadows important developments for Ash and Litten later down the line.

I don't think I've been this excited or intrigued by these films in a looooooooong time. Man, the 20th anniversary for this series has truly been phenomenal. Can't wait for more info on this, hopefully in CoroCoro soon (?).
