I don't know who would want to do that. Evolving makes them stronger, unless your playing for Nobunaga's Ambition, where it might make your compatibility weaker. Devolving looks like messing with the games too much, especially those that change type when evolving. The Eevee line comes to mind...

I was hoping they could have some level limit for each pokemon. Put the level available based on the minumum level you could be able to obtain that particular species. (ie. Lv.1 for Bulbasaur, Lv.16 Ivysaur, Lv.36 Venusaur, Lv.1 Palkia, and Lv.50 Zekrom). At least, there won't be any impossible...

Owh. U get it when u play Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs. After you capture it, yo can send it over to DPPtHGSS (Gen IV) games. It comes as Lv. 50.
