Not only is Kyogre big, it's also mainly wide. The other legendaries and large Pokemon are usually just tall or long. Also, the big sprite makes it look epic.

Can you soft reset to get starters of different genders? I SRed my HG 10 times (I think) and all I got were males, but starters have a 1/8 chance to be female, so I should've probably gotten a female at some point
