Some peculiar things I noticed - only Pikachu is there for Ash, all of Brock's pokemon are there, all of Dawn's pokemon are there - but no Togekiss. So what does this mean exactly? Could Tangrowth possibly be Brock's? But that still doesn't explain why Mightyena is there. My guess for...

He does this to degrade Johto. He does the same thing in threads about Misty. But for your question, every generation has a point to it. All of them were planned and ALL of them were experimented with. The writers learn new things and they keep old things. Johto wasn't perfect. No generation...

A Ninetales/Mightyena evo possibly? It looks Psychic-ish to me. So if it's a Ninetales evo = Fire/Psychic However, if it's Mightyena, they could introduce a new type combo = Dark/Psychic. Its still kinda early to tell, though. So I say we wait until we jump to conclusions.

That'd be pretty cool if it was & they could make Z the first dark/psychic type (because it's associated with illusions).

It was handled pretty badly. But then again, so was Raikou. Lucario has been handled as more of a legendary than the both of them & its not even a legend >_>; Ho-oh wasn't handled very well movie-wise. Hopefully it will get redemption in Movie 13 along with Raikou.
