The ARTFX Kotobukiya Touko statue. I ALMOST had it, but for some reason waited to get it and... it sold. It was at a good price too. I love her design as a trainer. She's honestly my favorite protagonist design.

Although I've never used them, my favorite variants are Alolan Vulpix line and Alolan Raichu, They are just so cute and cool design wise. I would love to get a shiny Alolan Raichu as he looks like chocolate.

Blind Guardian - Mirror Mirror Nightfall in Middle Earth (Remastered 2007)

Ended up picking up Kanto Hat Pikachu. I wanted to get the others just for event purposes, but I didn't even make the effort to grab/restart my brother's copy and get them. I'm happy with the Kanto Pikachu though as I like that hat the best.

Haven't even captured them, but design wise I actually like Pheromosa, Lunala, Necrozma, and Celesteela.
