So, what exactly counts as hacked? A wild encounter caught pokemon which has been GS'd into a "wild" starter/legend/whatever? The IV's were set at max (31 or less) for a wild pokemon that was caught legit otherwise? Or are we talking cloned / 999 Attack Rattata's?
