ok, I just finished doing the math.. it will take 16.8 battles to max out deinos speed. after that I'll max meinfoos in 13.4, and litwicks in 10.7. There is a problem with the excadrill though, It's already been ev trained(wings have no effect on it). :/ I'm not sure what you want me to do with it.

I've just finished cottonees speed Evs, and im moving the power anklet to deino. what specific spread do you want on dratini?
