Prefer dub though I have watched the japanese version every now and then, (I actually have a few japanese DVD's amongst my english dvd's.) However I'm a western cartoon fan so I tend to lean on sticking to english stuff when it comes to anime dubs these days.

Alain as annoying as it was that he won. He practically has specials dedicated to him and I really liked getting an idea of his character before he even came into the Ash show.

My favourite would have to be DP Ash. I like how he got stronger and was learning off others at the same time as coming up with strategies for the matches. I also enjoyed the development of him in the series.

I really loved his sinnoh outfit. I like the black and yellow shirt he had. I loved the casual look to him.
