I've done this before on accident. Was trading a Magikarp for a Starmie, the other person accidentally DCd and we ended up with 2 Starmie and no Magikarp.
Errors: GK/LK base power is off. It should be 10.0 - 24.9, 25.0 - 49.9, etc... and King's Rock has a 10% Flinch Chance not 11.something

They might've been talking about the Pokecheck unofficial blacklist. Kinda like a "despite the legality analysis, this OT is a known hacker, this has a high chance of being a hack" flag.

This page tells you which Orb levels you can find said pokemon. How were they discovered? Based on a report basis?
I just caught a Togepi in the Green Orb Stage. Just out of curiousity, are the Orb Stages for each pokemon determined based on waht was found in that Orb Stage or were they pulled from somewhere?

Gen IV Nature-locked Events aren't accounted for. It doesnt list Raikou for Aura Sphere, Entei for ExtremeSpeed, or Eruption for Heatran.
Sorry for the tardiness. I'll trade you Both a Jolly and Adamant Pawniard, A Bold and Timid Togekiss, and the Tepig.
I'm trading you the Togekiss because Jolly Bisharp works best with Paralysis Support via Thunder Wave.
