It's entirely possible. :) As long as it's the same species. So HA Female Snivy + Friend Ball Snivy = chance at HA Friend Snivy since it's 50-50 on the Pokeball. But it doesn't work in the same egg group, so Female Moon Eevee + Love Smeargle = Moon Eevee always. One breeder testaments here...
