I understand why the whole "can't escape" mechanic is there, but in the vast majority of cases it just causes annoyance and delay, not any sense of risk.
I finally decided to start up a PS3 library today. Ordered a slim model and a copy of Demon's Souls.
Next games on my watchlist are Nier, Drakengard 3, the MGS games, and any available (and good) DMC games.
I'm trying to get a good streak in the Maison. First run ended at only 49, so I'm switching up my team a bit.
Last team used Garchomp, Greninja, and Mega Gengar.
So now I'm planning a new team:
Mega Kangaskhan - Fake Out/Return/Crunch/Power-Up Punch

Ordered a complete Japanese copy of White 2 on Ebay for 40 US loaves.
US sellers really gotta put down the crackpipe. The box alone for that game goes for 30+ over here
I swear I have some curse where if I'm shiny/IV breeding Scythers, it takes an absurdly long amount of time compared to my other hunts.

So recently I bought an o3DS LL alongside a Japanese copy of X, and when it came today I found that the save file not only included a bunch of old event pokemon, but EVERY Vivillon form.
Saved them all in bank since I'm starting my own playthrough, and I am hyped to say the least.
8/10 amazing defensive move and great potential for some annoying tank builds, but has a few weaknesses like Taunt, Roar/Whirlwind, and Haze/Clear smog.
Spike Cannon
I love how inter-connected Sinnoh is, but the HMs were just ridiculous. Its layout is so perfect, but the fact that you're required to use HM slaves or waste move slots make it a slog. Doesn't help that the Pokedex doesn't give many options. Even Platinum feels a little limited.
Galar has the...
