I hit 80% and Genesect easily showed up with a non-flawless non-super effective low combo on Victini. I guess the dex completion is the only requirement.

Passed 70% dex completion now thanks to today's Safari Jungle, and Meloetta appeared! I guess Genesect will indeed be 80%, then...

10-6 unlocked for me immediately after catching Moltres. Wasn't a flawless capture, either, from what I can remember.

I have no idea how I did it, but I now managed to unlock Arcanine! Didn't really do anything different from last time, though? Maybe I got a higher score? Used Growlithe as support, caught both Talonflames with 6x Carbink, 62 combo. 62% dex completion, too, though I doubt it'd matter for...

I also tried again at Genesect - 94 flawless super effective combo on Victini, ended up at 58,619 points... and still no Genesect. Also, Shaymin does definitely not need Grass type support - I only used Articuno when I made it appear.

Well, I know it can't just be based on dex completion, because it didn't appear the time before I tried Articuno, when I had the exact same number of Pokémon registered in the dex. Unless it's dex completion + something else, but it seems unlikely.

I was also struggling with Shaymin, but somehow managed to unlock it with Articuno as my support Pokémon as posts here suggested I should try. No idea what the trigger actually is, but I got them both easily with Articuno - maybe because of the increased score from its Power of Six?

The ones I'm having trouble unlocking are: - Arcanine - Aurorus - Noivern - Meloetta - Genesect Any tips? I've tried literally everything I can think of for all of them - all relevant types and species of support Pokémon, high combos (60+ on all of them, 90+ for Meloetta/Genesect), high score...

As long as the hacker doesn't trade or battle (at all) with other players, I don't really care. Hacking is fine (although extremely stupid, not something I'd ever consider) as long as you keep it to yourself.
