Most of us believe Chronicles has ended seeming as it hasn't updated for years. We only get specials. We haven't seen FR/LG Girl in any specials or in the main series. So I don't think she'll appear.

I'm back, but for 2 days, GCSE's. Urgh. I'm open again but only for 2 days because Monday I'm back to exams.

Marina didn't appear as a companion because female choices for the player didn't appear until Crystal, and that was released around half-way through the Johto Anime. I think she'll probably appear battling May in the Johto Grand Festival or a rival to Dawn if they go to Johto. :)

What would be awesome would be you start in Kanto and you go through all the regions, but only allowed to take regional pokemon into their own, like you complete Kanto region but your not allowed to take your Kanto pokemon into Johto and you're allowed them back when you completed the next...

I think it's either, G/S/C Remake or A sequel to Colosseum and Gale of Darkness. <3
