My weakness has been grass types for a long time, so I would have to say bulbasaur and treecko. Bulbasaur is pretty adorable, and I love his end design as a massive, tanky living plant dino. I also have a strong affinity toward reptiles, so treecko wins my heart for hoenn.

Someone mentioned Lanturn, and I agree. I think his design is adorable, though I am not yet into competitive battling, so I don't know if people use him on their teams. As far as mentioning goes however, I rarely hear of him.
