Cheating is not forgivable, so long as it is actually cheating. Because RNG abuse doesn't alter the programming, I don't believe it is hacking. It simply takes advantage of the programming that is already in place

I can't speak for everyone, but I don't have as much of a problem with Smogon as I do with what people use it for, pokemon online. It defeats the whole purpose of pokemon
