1. Raichu is not the best option as there are 2 possibly better lightning rod option then raichu. Mainectric is popular do to its decent move pool and better s.atk and speed not to mention it gets overheat and flamethrower which can help with rain counters like scizor and ferrothorn. After that...
Depends if Blissey is used for wish support on sites like pokemon showdown or for healing/walling support in actual games. Walling special attacks is what Blissey does best and heal bell/aromatherapy can help out stall teams(It can also help deal with burn and paralysis on offensive teams) that...
Pokemon w2/b2 have the dojo in join avenue if you lv that up you can get your pokemon up to lv 100 very quickly also the deli is another store in join avenue that well lv you pokemon up. a few runs though the elite 4 or the nimbasa city sports areas well get you some additional lv ups and the...
Sorry have to vent my mom is a complete degenerative idiot this family has a poor history with dogs my grandpa doesn't want to deal with one we have money issues right now she is under a lot of stress my sister can barely take care of our fish which my mom allowed her to have in her room let...
Comments in bold.
1. If I keep breeding the same Pokemon which has high IVs until it gets more and more, would that work? or is it true that only 3 IVs are passed down and that Gible was just luck?
Okay you only pass on 3 IVs total from both parents at most(sometimes you only pass done 1...
Okay my friends call me over competitive and the most I get is 2-3 max IVs on each of my pokemon with the best possible nature(only exception being when I got lucky and bred a male timid dw vulpix with 31/7/29/31/31/31 with def being near perfect and attack being a non factor.) Not everyone goes...
Depends on whether you want to try to reduce heavy damage or try to force more stuff out if you boost Volcarona's s.def then you might wall a special attacker that lacks a proper coverage move otherwise boosting the def is the better option.
Careful is really bad for this pokemon as it drops it's s.atk. Calm or bold is what you want for bulk I personally prefer modest for attacking but its you choice and don't forget the IVs either they need to be decent if you using it competitively.
2 issues though 1 isn't really an issue. Natural cure provides protection from status and can help by protecting a team mate. Example you switch Blissey in when the opponent is likely to hit you with toxic/will-o-wisp or thunder wave have blissey take it then swap out but this isn't all to...
would say high jump kick medicham due to pure power might be a contender, apart from that deoxys attack form psycho boost might be a contender for strongest special.
Eevee's gender ratio is either 75/25 meaning 75% of the time it well be male or 87.5 to 12.5 meaning 87.5% of the time it well be male.
As for passing done the IVs you can equip the power items used for EV training to pass down the IV associated with the stat that the item gives additional EVs...
Generally speaking your looking at the wrong pokemon unless you really want a bulky pokemon that can dragon dance with mold breaker. Dragonite with its Multiscale ability and the berry should easily take draco meteor from both Hydreigon and Latios and without it multiscale intact it would need...
It would depend on Accelgor's s.atk and most people woundn't waste draco meteor on Accelgor when another attack would ko it due to its low defenses. Accelgor is in RU or UU so its not seen that often and me first is a bit of a gimic though it does have its uses.
Not bad if your going for the whole switch in when its the opponent uses a ghost type move strategy but with team preview it can be predicted and countered. If alakazam gets koed by 2 attacks or hit with fake out then another move your strategy falls apart and fake out is pretty common.
Correct although dragon dance isn't even a recommended set for Tyranitar anymore due to all the newer stuff in b/w/b2/w2. Also the Drizzle/swift swim combo ban only for competitive play and is allowed for competitive doubles and ds online play although it is considered cheap.
You can use it with scope lense on a Drizzle team in OU or a non rain team in UU but swift swim is better in UU and Kingdra isn't useful in OU do to the complex dizzle and swift swim combination ban.
