    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

    Synchronize works only if your synchro mon is still in play when the SOS mons are summoned. In other news, after some testing, seems like Synchronize works 100% of the time for gift pokemon (including Cosmog).

    Toxapex is definitely in the spotlight like how Ferrothorn was in Gen V. UBs are quite broken and are VGC legal. Tapus not quite as broken but Koko and Lele already has won some hearts. My personal favourite is undoubtedly Golisopod which has good bulk, beastly attack and access to STAB...

    Golisopod is so good! Definitely suffering from 4mss. First Impression takes out a big chunk of hp, Bug Bite recovers. There's also Posion Jab, Sucker Punch, Liquidation, Aqua Jet....

    Agreed, I don't feel a need to rush through the story and am enjoying playing the story and exploring the world. The small roster of new Pokémon are pretty well designed and are fun to play with in their own ways.

    On a related note, how do we get lucky eggs? Possible to nab them off Chansey in SOS battles? I tried to look up Kukui at Route 1 to get a lucky egg from him but he's not in his lab. How do we make him appear there?

    Talking about shinies....does synchronise work for ally pokemon summoned? Does the synchronise pokemon have to be in play when the allies are summoned? This will be helpful for chaining/shiny hunting

    Pheromosa and Kartana are going to be major pains to deal with. Pheromosa needs to be taken down with priority but resists Sucker Punch and First Impression. Kartana is like Ferrothorn on drugs and there's no fire type priority move around to check it.
