Calm Mind
Surf
Ice Beam/Sleep Talk
Rest

Would have been nice if it had at least a Bold Nature.

Well i wanted to use mirror coat. Try to abuse it a little while still being able to have a soiled pokemon. I was thinking of Calm mind and Rest for the last move.

Not the best nature, but could be worse. My Suicune has an Adamant nature o_O. Go with Scepgatr's moveset

Did you catch it in FR/LG? All legendary dogs in those games have terrible IVs. You'll want 252 HP / 252 Def definitely if that's the case..
