I'll request one.

Background: A grunge-ish mix of slightly dark reds and blues.
Images: Latias on the left side of the banner, Latios on the right side, and this flame in the center.
Text: Soul Dragon
Text Style: Um...Something slightly cursive-ish. I want the text to be silver-white in color (and also glowing silver slightly), and for the size, I want it medium-sized and located at the bottom of the banner.
Other: If possible, can you make the flame, Latios, and Latias glow slightly? You can choose the colors they glow; I just want whatever would look best.

I'm sorry to say but the prgram I'm using can't cut out backgrounds of images. So it would be best if you just gave me the image directly with everything gone.
