Since the image you specified is a drawing, the banner might not turn out as HQ as normal. Would you like to find a new image, or would you like me to go ahead and try and make the banner regardless?

For the shinies, do you mean their regular game sprites?

Sorry, but I could not find an official shiny animated sprite that I was able to work with. I did find one that was recolored through a script. It looked exactly like Haxorus' shiny form, but the .gif wasn't compatible with my software. I went ahead and just used a regular Haxorus sprite.
