☆Introduction☆
Welcome to my first art shop, Shimmersky Station. Currently, four people are working here: me, Shymain, Darkness Master, and pikachu98767. At first glance, this is just an ordinary banner and userbar shop, but no, it isn't. There is one special thing that sets this shop apart from the others: the glitter!
That's right; I can make graphics with static or animated glitter text. If glitter isn't your thing, don't worry, because I also make non-glittery graphics.
☆Read the rules, peoples.☆
1.) If you break any of the rules listed below, you will be given one strike.
2.) All SPPf general rules and SPPf Fan Art Shop rules apply.
3.) Do not request when the shop is closed.
4.) Use the correct form when requesting.
5.) Please wait 48 hours after receiving your request before requesting again, because I'm really busy with school. If real life gets in the way too much, I might have to increase the wait time.
6.) You can request up to two items in your post. These two items can be in any combination you want, be it banner+banner or banner+userbar or userbar+userbar. When requesting two things, use two separate forms please.
7.) Please use the graphics I make for you, because I work very hard to make my banners and userbars.
8.) Do not post in this shop while you're banned.
9.) If you pass my work off as your own, you will be given three strikes instead of two.
☆Strike System☆
Strike one: 24-hour ban
Strike two: Week-long ban
Strike three: One month ban
Strike four: Permanent ban
Your strikes pretty much stay with you for all eternity, so be a good person and read the rules.

☆Other things to keep in mind☆
- Please save your finished requests to your own hosts, because I may have to delete your request to keep within the bandwidth.
- Please don't make your requests too complicated, as I am quite new at this. If you want some REALLY professional graphics, try requesting at Mew's Universe Shop or Magnum Thunderforge Graphics.
- Please try to provide me with transparent images (such as all the official Pokemon sprites and Dream World artwork) as your foreground images, as they are MUCH easier to work with than non-transparent images.
- If you do not provide links for your images, I will very likely skip your request. You will not be given a strike, though.
