My oh my, the little squiggly action lines make no sense at all. I suggest you remove them.

The hair looks a weird. O_O And I agree with Raunchy_fad, the squiggy lines are like a nuisance, they really don't do much for the picture and they're placed in the wrong place. Pretty funny picture though.

Just kidding, theyre okay. You should work some more on faces and heads, i notice yours always look sort of squashed.
