Okay. I have begun to get very interested in digital art - ie. spriteing...etc.

Let's see what you think.

I only have the program that comes with Windows XP: Paint. It's really quite simple to do.

But IMO, those aren't fabulous. You need seriously more training o_O
Meh. Yeah, but I only JUST started. Those are only my first ones.

What do you save them in?
Try saving in .PNG for better results...or was that an effect o_O

Heh heh....No. No effect. It was a mistake. The fuzzy ones I accidentily saved as .GIFs.

The Mutations aren't done well. It looks like you just cut body parts off and pasted them on another Pokemon. The recolor is messy, missing shading and where there's shading its not very well done. The green color is much too bright. The battle scene is fine except its blurry, maybe you should use the game font, and did you make that Ninetails? The first screen shot is fine, rather nice in fact, but the second one- the Celebi has evidence of cut and paste around it. You might want to clear that away.

The trainer for the first card needs the same as stated above, and the second one is lovely.

Thank you for your review!

Here is a new sprite. It is not a Pokemon. It is, in fact, my own character: Tanager Layla. She is a Winged Wolf, but this one is of her before she grew her wings. She's just a puppy.

Fan Sprites says hi.

You got rid of the shading on almost all of your sprites, that's a no. Never switch heads on mixes. It may look cool at first, but it comes off as lazy.

The custom isn't bad, but it needs shading, and don't use the default colors except black and white.

Tanager is SUPPOSED to be those colors...^^;;; She's sea green, bright yellow, and sky blue.

Yes, but, the default colors are incredibly harsh. Look here:

Read the 2nd part of Delta Suicune's custom tutorial (it's in the first post). That'll explain better what I'm talking about.

As for the Mew thing, the outline is quite bumpy, especially on the back. The tail is also very straight.

Meh. It's hard to use a damn mouse! :p

they are pretty good, but you have to give some shading though. your pic is really nice though
